On Friday, September 20th, the high school went on an all-day retreat at St. James Catholic Church in North Ogden. Students and faculty spent Friday reflecting on how to promote unity, acceptance, and compassion. The day began with mass led by Father Ken Vialpando. After mass, Jayhawks went on a hike in the beautiful trails above St. James where faculty members led quiet reflection groups. The retreat wrapped up with a community service fair, which highlighted local organizations and groups in need of volunteers.
